50 Minute Semi-Private Personal Training
Individualized personal training program designed for you and your goals, executed with our trainers in a semi-private environment. Included free consultation, Success Sessions with staff to discuss progress and goals, support outside the studio including travel and in-home workouts and helpful information. We offer the following options:
2 times a week (8 times a month)
3 times a week (12 times a month)
One hour private consultation and personalized workout plan - $199
Come in to meet with a member of staff one-on-one. We will take you through a simple fitness assessment to determine your current level and discuss your goals. Taking into account the equipment you have available and any challenges we discussed, will create and individualized program for you to follow.
